In observance of April Fool’s Day, I’m excited to reveal the Mystic Storyteller’s version of the very first card in the tarot: The Fool.
April Fool’s Day pranks aside, I cannot joke about how extraordinarily AWESOME this card is! I mean, look!!!
In the tarot, The Fool card functions like an invisible, unbreakable thread. The Spirit of the tarot, The Fool pulses its energy into every card, its connection stringing together infinite opportunities for adventure, bravery, creative expression, and storytelling. As such, The Fool transcends labels—they can be anyone and anything. As a mystic storyteller, YOU can be and write anything your own unique spirit desires.
In the upcoming Mystic Storyteller Tarot, the companion deck to the book, Mystic Storyteller: A Writer’s Guide to Using the Tarot for Creative Inspiration, The Fool card muse is Reece Howell. Reece is an artist and tarot reader in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A free-spirited painter, Reece embodies the creative fearlessness that is the tarot’s Fool card.
Stay tuned!
